人心臟成纖維細(xì)胞 HCF  的詳細(xì)介紹
心臟成纖維細(xì)胞為心肌細(xì)胞提供結(jié)構(gòu)支持,并負(fù)責(zé)在生長(zhǎng)和病理生理?xiàng)l件下心肌細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的合成。CF是心肌損傷反應(yīng)的重要細(xì)胞成分和旁分泌生長(zhǎng)因子的來(lái)源。CF的增殖和基質(zhì)合成對(duì)于心肌梗塞、心肌纖維化部位瘢痕形成具有重要作用。CF的培養(yǎng)已被廣泛應(yīng)用為生理(運(yùn)動(dòng))和病理(高血壓)應(yīng)激下心臟基質(zhì)重塑研究的模型。
